Our summer jobs paid next-to-nothing in the 70s and 80s — and the business practices were, um, questionable at best. We reminisce about our summer gigs which were everything from “naughty” singing telegrams to stealing ice cream, and we — having both been deli workers — agree we’ll never order salads from grocery store delis again. Also featured: our cats’ imaginary employment and being an unemployed bum.
